Pain tolerance varies person to person. Most describe it as a scratching or burning sensation. Areas with more fat and muscle (arms, thighs) tend to hurt less than bony areas (ribs, ankles). I work efficiently to minimize discomfort and we can take breaks as needed.
Surface healing takes 2-3 weeks, but complete healing takes 3-4(6) months everyone is different. Follow the aftercare instructions carefully - keep it clean, moisturized, and out of direct sunlight. No swimming or soaking for 2 weeks.
Absolutely! Bring reference images, sketches, or ideas. You can also send reference ideas throught the submission form. I'll work with you to refine the design and make sure it translates well to skin. Custom work is my specialty.

Yes! Cover-ups require consultation to assess the existing tattoo. Some pieces may need laser lightening first. Send me photos via email and we'll discuss options.
